Policy Overview
Lineage Lines Studio provides custom digital products. Because these assets are personalized and delivered immediately upon generation, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a file is delivered.
Non-Refundable Goods
Our products are exempt from returns based on two criteria:
- Personalization: Every file is a unique creation based on your specific photograph.
- Digital Format: Downloadable software and PDF products cannot be “returned” once they are accessed or downloaded.
Quality Guarantee
We verify every file through a manual review process. You may request a correction within 4 days of purchase if the delivered file contains:
- A significant technical defect.
- A failure in facial recognition not caused by the original photo quality.
Resolution Process:
- Correction: We will re-process and fix the file at no additional cost.
- Store Credit: If the technical issue remains unresolved after re-processing, we will issue a store credit.
Note: Final results depend on the clarity, lighting, and facial positioning of your original photograph. Review our Image Guidelines to ensure optimal results.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order for a full refund only before our design team begins the manual review and conversion process. Once work starts, the order is non-refundable.
